Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and support seamless onboarding
• Support performance management, including goal setting and development plans
• Monitor labour legislation, ensure HR compliance, and update policies
• Identify training needs and assist with implementation of development programmes
• Develop, review, and advise on HR policies for consistent application
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong understanding of HR administration, systems, and South African labour law• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Experience with performance management and onboarding practices
• Exposure to HRIS systems and digital recruitment tools (advantageous)
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving ability
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in a generalist HR role
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• Valid driver's license (essential)
