Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute organisational development strategies and initiatives
  • Support talent management, leadership development, and succession planning processes
  • Drive employee engagement and promote a positive, thriving company culture
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and organisational risk interventions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise human capital and performance
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development interventions
  • Manage complex organisational matters with professionalism and discretion

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capability
  • Ability to manage sensitive and complex organisational issues
  • High emotional intelligence with proven trust-building ability
  • Knowledge of change management, talent development, and organisational risk management
  • Cross-cultural awareness and strong relationship-building skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organisational development or HR leadership roles within medium to large organisation
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership and skills development programs
  • Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or related field
  • Computer literacy and strong report-writing ability
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in talent, culture, or change management advantageous
