Join Wheco – Office Administrator
Our Head office requires a professional and highly organised office administrator to support daily administrative and front-of-house operations. This role focuses on managing reception responsibilities while providing administrative support.
The position works closely with Head Office stakeholders and therefore requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff to the office
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains neat and presentable
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and general correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the management team when required
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrator
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work with senior leadership and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
